We are currently recruiting Crab Packing Operatives to join a busy seafood production facility in Cornwall. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable individuals looking for ongoing work.
The Role
As a Crab Packing Operative, your day-to-day duties will include:
* Packing crab and ice into trays
* Manual handling of trays and products
* Working in a food production environment
* Maintaining hygiene and food safety standards
* Working in a cold and wet environment
What We're Looking:
* Previous manual work or production experience
* Comfortable working with seafood and the smell of crab
* Able to work in a cold, wet environment
* Physically fit and capable of manual handling
* Reliable with a good work ethic
* Own transport is required due to location
Desirable
* Previous crab picking experience (highly desirable)
* Food production or seafood processing experience
* Basic English communication skills
