About the Role:
AM2PM Recruitment is currently recruiting Skilled Production Operatives to join a leading soup manufacturing site based on the Europarc in Grimsby. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with previous food production or manufacturing experience who are looking to develop their skills within a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating and monitoring production equipment efficiently and safely
Supporting the production process to ensure products are manufactured to specification
Carrying out quality checks and reporting any issues promptly
Completing production paperwork accurately
Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and housekeeping
Working closely with colleagues to achieve daily production targets
What We're Looking For:
Previous food production or manufacturing experience is preferred
Good understanding of health & safety and food hygiene procedures
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to work
Confident completing production paperwork
Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work rotating shifts
A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
