Smile Education is working with a number of welcoming secondary schools across Dudley and the surrounding areas, offering day-to-day, short-term and long-term cover teaching opportunities across all subject specialisms.

The Role As a Secondary Cover Teacher, you'll deliver pre-planned lessons, maintain positive classroom behaviour and ensure students remain engaged in their learning. You'll have the flexibility to choose the work that suits your lifestyle while gaining experience across a range of local secondary schools.
Whether you're available one day a week or five, we have opportunities to fit around you.

We're Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or equivalent
ECTs and experienced teachers are both encouraged to apply
Confident classroom and behaviour management skills
Adaptable, reliable and enthusiastic professionals
Excellent communication and organisational skills
