As an Interim HR Advisor you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day HR operations. From advising on HR policies to assisting with employee relations, your work will help ensure the smooth running of the HR function.

Description

Working closely to support the HRBP's
Provide expert advice and support on HR policies and procedures to managers and employees.
Advise on employee relations matters, including handling queries and resolving issues.
Manage HR documentation and maintain accurate records.
Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as required.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
Coordinate training and development activities to support employee growth.
Provide data and reports to assist in HR decision-making.Profile

A successful Interim HR Advisor should have:

Previous experience in a generalist HR role in a fast paced environment
Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures and employment law.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
