This Sales Advisor role is a chance to help build that office from the ground up, an exciting new chapter for someone from an estate agency background who wants to bring their sales skills into the legal property sector. No legal qualification needed.
The Role:
You'll be the first point of contact for clients looking to instruct the firm, converting enquiries into instructions and keeping the pipeline moving:
Handling inbound enquiries and converting them into new instructions
Quoting clients and explaining the conveyancing process, timescales and costs
Building referral relationships with local estate agents and introducers
Following up leads to maximise conversion
Keeping accurate CRM records
Liaising with the conveyancing team for a smooth handover
Representing the firm as the face of the new Tunbridge Wells officeWhat They're Looking For:
Experience in estate agency, sales, or a client-facing property role
Strong relationship-building skills and confidence discussing figures and process
Organised, self-motivated, and comfortable helping set up a new office
