An opportunity has opened for a Maintenance Administrator / Coordinator to join a building services company based in Harrow. The ideal person for this role will have experience in an administrative or customer support role in the building services industry. You will be confident speaking with customers as well as scheduling maintenance, repairs and breakdown requirements to the team of engineers at the company.
Maintenance Administrator Key Skills:
* Experience in the Building Services industry – anything from gas engineering, plumbing, heating or other engineering services
* Extensive experience in administration, coordination and customer service
* Excellent communication including incoming and outgoing phone calls
* Excellent organisational skills
* Experience working with CRMs
* Background raising invoices and purchase orders
Maintenance Administrator Responsibilities:
* Managing and coordinating maintenance and breakdown requirements for customers in the commercial and residential sectors
* Answer incoming enquiries and booking in jobs on the system
* Allocating jobs to engineers and updating CRM
* Raising quotes for approval and purchase orders from suppliers
* Ordering parts for future jobs booked
* Raising invoices for completed works
* Completing documentation on completed works
