Sales Support Executive

What we’re looking for
* Experience in a technical sales or similar role
* A technical qualification such as ONC, HNC or HND would be beneficial
* Confident communication and negotiation skills
* Strong organisation and time management
* Good commercial awareness and a proactive approach
* Confident using Microsoft Office and SAP
* Good attention to detail and administration skills
Desirable experience
* Knowledge of technical products and applications
* Experience using CRM systems
* Experience supporting Account Managers or Key Account Managers
What will you be doing?
* Manage sales, customer service and day-to-day activity across your area
* Deal with customer enquiries by phone and email
* Prepare and follow up quotes and orders
* Support Account Managers with customers and sales opportunities
* Deal with customer issues and complaints
* Identify new sales opportunities and help grow existing business
* Promote products and services
* Work with technical, engineering and commercial teams
* Keep CRM records and customer information up to date
* Attend customer visits, exhibitions and product presentations when required
* Provide technical and commercial support to customers and colleagues
* Manage quotations within your level of authority
