Production Operator

In this role, you'll support the assembly and processing of high-quality products, working to established specifications and safety standards. You'll be part of a collaborative, fast-paced environment where teamwork, attention to detail and good manufacturing practice (GMP) are essential.
What you'll do:

Complete manufacturing and assembly tasks to strict quality standards
*
Maintain excellent housekeeping and follow hygiene & gowning procedures
*
Support training of new colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement
*
Work safely with equipment, including basic calibration tasks
*
Collaborate as part of a strong, supportive team
What we're looking for:
*
Good numeracy, literacy, and communication skills
*
Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
*
Good hygiene, attention to detail, and dexterity
*
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing needs
*
0-2 years' experience (manufacturing experience helpful but not essential)

Working hours: M - T 08:00 till 16:30, F 08:00 till 13:00
