Role Overview
We are seeking a General Secondary Teacher to start in September 2027. This role involves covering both planned and unplanned staff absences across multiple subjects. The position is ideal for educators who enjoy variety, can quickly build positive relationships with students and colleagues, and are confident delivering pre-prepared lessons whilst maintaining excellent classroom management.
Key Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching in UK mainstream secondary schools
Exceptional classroom and behaviour management skills
Ability to adapt swiftly to different subjects and school environments
Strong communication and organisational skills
A positive, flexible, and proactive approach to teaching
