How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    ERP Systems Coordinator

    Location: West Yorkshire (multi-site role)

    Role Purpose

This is a technically focused role supporting the commercial, operational and financial information systems of an established multi-site manufacturing group.

The ERP Systems Coordinator will play a pivotal role in the implementation, ongoing development and continuous improvement of the organisation’s ERP environment, with a specific technical focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics NAV 2018.

The postholder will implement structured improvements to existing ERP processes, optimise reporting and support effective system integration. Alongside project delivery, the role will provide hands-on first and second-line troubleshooting for ERP-related issues and on-site support for manufacturing peripherals connected to the ERP environment.

During the ERP rollout, the postholder will work with internal project stakeholders, external technology partners and colleagues across the wider organisation on migration and upgrade activity.

There is a defined progression path for the role to develop into a broader ERP management position, supporting future acquisitions, data governance and wider organisational growth.

    Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

    ERP System Management

Take technical ownership of the integration, implementation, development and ongoing optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics NAV 2018. Initially, the focus will be on the current implementation before supporting adoption across other group locations.

    Business Process Analysis

Analyse business requirements and translate agreed workflows into technical and functional ERP solutions that improve efficiency across commercial, operational and financial processes.

    Data Migration and Integration

Manage third-party suppliers involved in migrating data from legacy ERP systems, ensuring that information is complete, accurate and available when required. Use SQL and database knowledge to query data and troubleshoot issues.

    First and Second-Line ERP Support

Act as the primary technical escalation point for ERP-related issues. Provide first and second-line support for ERP incidents, problems and change requests, with general IT issues routed to the wider support function.

    On-Site Peripheral Support

Provide hands-on support for manufacturing technology connected to the ERP system, including barcode scanners, label printers and shop-floor workstations, helping to maintain operational continuity.

    Customisation and Configuration

Work with service providers to configure and customise Business Central and Dynamics NAV, ensuring that the system remains scalable and adaptable as the organisation grows.

    User Support and Training

Provide ongoing support to ERP users and manage end-user settings to maintain functionality and security. Train new and existing employees in the effective use of the system and produce clear supporting documentation.

    ERP and Database Audits

Conduct regular reviews of the ERP environment and associated database structures in collaboration with external technology partners and internal colleagues. Assess their suitability and recommend technical and process improvements.

    Health, Safety and Welfare

The postholder is responsible for complying with all relevant safety procedures and safe working practices. This includes environmental awareness, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment where required and maintaining expected workplace behaviours.

All employees are required to report malpractice, breaches or potential risks and contribute to the health, safety and welfare of colleagues and site visitors.

    Measures of Success

Performance and suitability for the role will be assessed during the probationary period, through annual appraisal and on an ongoing basis.

    Success will be measured by:

    * The successful implementation, integration, migration, development and continuous improvement of the ERP environment.

    * The ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into effective technical and functional ERP solutions.

    * The accurate and timely migration of data between the ERP platform and other business systems.

    * Effective management of service providers involved in configuring and customising Business Central and Dynamics NAV.

    * Productive collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners throughout the ERP implementation.

    * The provision of reliable support to ERP users, including the effective management of user settings, training and documentation.

    * Improvements in ERP processes, reporting, system performance and data quality.
