SEN Teaching Assistant | Borehamwood | September Start | £95-£105 per day
Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs? Tradewind Recruitment are looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Borehamwood from September.
The role:
Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with additional needs
Support learning, communication, behaviour and emotional development
Work closely with teachers and the wider SEN team
Help create a positive, inclusive and nurturing classroom environment
Encourage pupils to build confidence, independence and key skillsWe're looking for:
Experience supporting children with SEN is desirable
A patient, caring and resilient approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Someone passionate about making a difference to children's lives
