We are looking for a driven and ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong track record of developing new business, managing client relationships, and successfully placing candidates within the industrial sector.
The Role
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, including:
* Business development and generating new client opportunities
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Managing existing accounts and identifying opportunities for growth
* Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
* Matching candidates to suitable vacancies
* Managing the offer process and placement negotiations
* Conducting client visits and candidate registrations
* Ensuring excellent levels of customer service to both clients and candidates
* Meeting and exceeding individual and team targets
What We're Looking For
Previous industrial recruitment experience is preferred.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven experience working within a 360 recruitment role, ideally within the Industrial sector
* A strong track record of business development and account management
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* The ability to work independently and manage a busy workload
* A target-driven and resilient approach
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* A full UK driving licence and own vehicle
