How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Product Manager – Medical Devices (UK, Acute & Homecare)

    UK-wide | £65–75K Base + Bonus + Car + Full Package

Are you an experienced medical device professional with the clinical credibility, commercial understanding and marketing capability to shape how an international product portfolio is positioned within the UK healthcare market?

We’re working with an internationally established medical devices organisation, an internationally established medical devices organisation, as it continues to develop its UK strategy across the acute hospital and homecare markets.

This is a high-profile opportunity for a commercially minded Product Manager to take international strategy and marketing resources and turn them into relevant, compelling UK messaging that resonates with NHS and private healthcare customers.

    The Opportunity

This is a broad, influential Product Management role combining UK marketing strategy, clinical engagement and commercial support.

You’ll act as the key link between the international organisation and the UK market—understanding global product strategy and translating it into messaging, materials and commercial tools that work for UK customers.

Working closely with the sales team, you’ll become the UK product expert and commercial resource, helping to drive high-level sales opportunities, customer engagement and product promotion across acute hospitals, homecare pathways and the wider NHS and private hospital market.

A major part of the role will be developing KOL and advocacy networks, building clinical credibility around the portfolio and ensuring that both customers and internal colleagues have the clinical knowledge and confidence to communicate the value of the products effectively.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    · Translating international product and marketing strategy into relevant UK market positioning and messaging
    · Developing and adapting marketing materials, sales tools and product resources for the UK audience
    · Acting as the senior product resource for the UK sales team, supporting high-level opportunities and commercial promotion
    · Working closely with sales to identify market opportunities, develop propositions and strengthen customer engagement
    · Building and developing KOL, clinical expert and advocacy networks across the UK
    · Establishing strong relationships with key clinical and commercial stakeholders within NHS and private hospitals
    · Driving clinical knowledge and understanding of the product portfolio across customers and internal colleagues
    · Supporting customer-facing education, product training and clinical presentations
    · Working with international marketing and product teams to bring UK market insight back into the wider organisation
    · Supporting the development of UK-specific campaigns, launches and commercial initiatives
    · Identifying market trends, customer needs and competitive activity and using these insights to inform UK strategy
    · Providing the sales organisation with credible clinical, technical and value-based product messaging
    · Supporting major customer meetings, tenders, product evaluations and strategic commercial opportunities where appropriate

    Why This Role Stands Out

    · High-profile UK Product Management position with genuine influence over market strategy
    · Opportunity to shape how an international medical device portfolio is positioned within the UK
    · Significant interaction with both commercial and clinical stakeholders
    · Ability to build a UK-wide KOL and clinical advocacy network
    · Close partnership with the sales organisation and senior commercial stakeholders
    · International exposure and collaboration with global product and marketing teams
    · Opportunity to play a key role in the continued development of the acute and homecare markets
    · A role with genuine autonomy, visibility and scope to make a measurable impact

    Who We’re Looking For

    · Proven medical device industry experience is essential
    · Product Management, Product Marketing, Clinical Marketing or a closely related commercial/clinical role within medical devices
    · Strong understanding of the NHS and UK hospital market, ideally across both acute and/or homecare pathways
    · Experience translating complex product or clinical information into clear, compelling commercial messaging
    · Commercially aware, with the confidence to support sales teams and influence senior customer conversations
    · Strong clinical communication skills and the ability to engage credibly with healthcare professionals
    · Experience developing relationships with KOLs, clinical experts or advocacy groups is highly desirable
    · Infusion experience is desirable, particularly where combined with an understanding of hospital or homecare pathways
    · Able to work effectively with international marketing/product teams while understanding and challenging what is required for the UK market
    · A confident presenter and communicator who can deliver clinical and product education to both customers and colleagues
    · Strategic thinker who is equally comfortable getting into the detail and delivering practical commercial tools
    · Highly organised, proactive and able to operate with a high degree of autonomy
    · Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across the UK

    The Package

£65,000–£75,000 base salary + bonus + company car + full benefits package

This is a UK-wide role and the successful candidate can be based anywhere in the UK, with national travel required to support customers, KOLs, the sales team and key commercial activity.

If you’re an experienced medical device professional looking for a role that combines product strategy, clinical engagement, marketing and commercial influence, this is an opportunity to take ownership of a high-impact UK position within an internationally established organisation.

You’ll have the opportunity to shape the UK conversation around the products, build influential clinical networks and become a key driver of both clinical knowledge and commercial success.
