What You'll Be Doing
No two days are ever the same, but you can expect to:
Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Source, interview and represent high-quality candidates.
Win new business through calls, meetings and networking.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy qualification through to offer.
Become the go-to recruitment expert within your specialist market.
Negotiate offers and create successful long-term partnerships.
Work closely with an experienced and supportive management team that genuinely wants you to succeed. What We're Looking For

Has recruitment experience (any sector considered).
