How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Property Compliance Coordinator

We are recruiting on behalf of an established property management business for an experienced Property Compliance Coordinator to join their business

This is a key role responsible for supporting the effective management of statutory and regulatory compliance across a residential property portfolio. You will ensure that compliance requirements are understood, monitored, evidenced and followed through, helping to protect residents, clients and the organisation from regulatory, health and safety and operational risk.

The role will suit someone with strong experience in property compliance, residential property management or technical property services, who understands the importance of accurate records, proactive risk management and robust audit trails.

    The Role

As Property Compliance Coordinator, you will have responsibility for coordinating and monitoring compliance activity across a portfolio of residential properties

A major part of the role will be ensuring that compliance information is accurate, current and audit-ready, with particular emphasis on identifying potential risks before they become overdue or escalate.

    Key Responsibilities

    Property Compliance & Regulatory Requirements

    * Coordinate and monitor statutory compliance requirements across a residential property portfolio.

    * Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance records, ensuring all supporting evidence is available and audit-ready.

    * Monitor inspections, testing, certification and remedial actions against required timescales.

    * Track compliance actions through to completion and proactively identify items at risk of becoming overdue.

    * Maintain a strong focus on ensuring high-risk compliance actions do not become overdue.

    * Review compliance documentation to ensure it is complete, accurate and appropriately recorded.

    Risk Management & Auditing

    * Maintain records of risk assessments and associated actions.

    * Escalate significant risks, recurring issues and overdue actions promptly.

    * Support internal and external audits by ensuring compliance records and evidence are readily available.

    * Conduct regular property/site inspections to identify potential health, safety, maintenance and compliance risks.

    Contractor & Remedial Works

    * Coordinate contractors undertaking statutory inspections, testing, planned works and remedial activity.

    * Review contractor documentation and certification following completion of compliance-related works.

    * Ensure relevant compliance evidence is captured and uploaded to the appropriate systems.

    Property & Compliance Operations

    * Work alongside Property Managers and Estate Managers to ensure compliance requirements are understood and actioned at property level.

    * Coordinate remedial and reactive works arising from compliance inspections and risk assessments.

    About You

    * We are looking for a property compliance professional with a strong understanding of the regulatory and statutory requirements associated with residential property.

    * You may currently be working as a Property Compliance Coordinator, Compliance Manager, Property Manager, Technical Manager, Building Compliance Coordinator or similar and be looking to take the next step in your career.
