Administration Assistant

Synergise Recruitment Solutions are currently looking for Admin Assistants to join a busy and friendly team based on the outskirts of Newton Abbot. This is a temp-to-permanent opportunity for the right people and would suit individuals with previous administrative experience who is organised, reliable, and confident working with data.

Job Title: Admin Assistant
Location: Newton Abbot
Pay: £12.21 – £12.71 per hour
Job Type: Temp to Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

* Accurate data entry and maintaining internal systems

* Processing invoices and supporting accounts administration

* Handling and processing customer orders

* General administrative duties to support the wider team

* Ensuring records and documentation are kept up to date

Requirements:

* Minimum 1 year of administrative experience

* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

* Confident using computers and basic office software

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Own transport is preferable due to location
