As Store Manager, you will take full ownership of the store's performance, leading a passionate team and ensuring the highest standards across customer service, sales and operations.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team.
Deliver an exceptional and personalised customer experience.
Drive sales performance and achieve commercial targets and KPIs.
Coach and develop your team to maximise individual and store performance.
Maintain exceptional luxury retail and visual merchandising standards.
Oversee day-to-day store operations, stock management and compliance.
Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing talent development.
Manage performance through regular coaching and feedback.
Build strong relationships with customers and create a loyal client base.
Work closely with senior management to deliver wider business objectives.
About You
We're looking for a passionate Store Manager who can demonstrate:
Proven management experience within luxury, premium beauty, fashion or a high-end customer service environment.
A genuine passion for beauty and luxury customer experiences.
Strong commercial awareness with experience managing KPIs and sales targets.
Excellent leadership, coaching and people-management skills.
A polished and professional approach with exceptional communication skills.
The ability to create a premium environment where customers feel valued and inspired.
A proactive, hands-on approach and strong attention to detail.
