Location: Felixstowe, Suffolk
Pay Rate: £12.73 per hour
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30am to 5:30pm (38 hours per week)
Contract: Temporary assignment starting October 2026, with potential permanent opportunities for successful candidates.
About the Role
We are currently recruiting for Production Technicians to join a busy manufacturing team in Felixstowe. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in producing high-quality products, and can work accurately within a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble components and products to required quality standards.
Carry out kitting, preparation, and assembly tasks as instructed.
Read and follow work instructions, drawings, and documentation.
Operate production equipment and machinery following training.
Monitor and record production progress accurately.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
Report any quality concerns or production issues promptly.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the production team.
Follow all health and safety procedures at all times.

Good manual dexterity and practical skills.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
