How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Compliance Data Administrator (Temporary Contract)

    Location: City of London (Hybrid Working)
    Duration: 3-Month Temporary Contract
    Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour
    Working Pattern: Hybrid, 3 days per week in the office
    Start Date: ASAP, subject to satisfactory security checks

    We are currently recruiting for a Compliance Data Administrator to join an insurance company based in the City of London on a 3-month temporary contract.

    This role will support the Compliance team with the accurate input, maintenance and management of compliance-related data. The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working with large volumes of information in a regulated environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    Accurately enter, update and maintain compliance-related data across internal systems.
    Review and validate information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
    Support data cleansing and quality assurance activities.
    Process high volumes of data while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
    Assist with the organisation and maintenance of compliance records and documentation.
    Identify and escalate discrepancies or data issues where appropriate.
    Ensure all data is handled in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
    Provide general administrative support to the Compliance team as required.Skills and Experience

    Previous experience in data entry, administration or data processing roles.
    Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
    Strong organisational and time management skills.
    Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
    Ability to manage a high-volume workload and meet deadlines.
    Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to work.
    Experience within insurance, financial services, compliance or another regulated environment would be advantageous but is not essential.If you have strong administrative and data entry skills, a keen eye for detail, and are available to start at short notice, we'd love to hear from you.
