The Role
As the Mechanical Project Manager, you will:
Manage mechanical and building services projects from planning through to completion.
Oversee project programmes, budgets, contractors and quality standards.
Coordinate mechanical works including HVAC, heating, ventilation and associated building services.
Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery.
Build strong relationships with clients and key project stakeholders.
Ensure projects meet Health & Safety, compliance and commercial requirements. About You
To be successful as the Mechanical Project Manager, you’ll have:
Proven experience managing mechanical or M&E projects.
Strong knowledge of mechanical building services and HVAC systems.
Experience delivering projects within commercial, FM or similar environments.
Strong contractor and stakeholder management skills.
Good commercial awareness with experience managing project costs and programmes.
Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills. What's in it for You?
