The Role
As a Vehicle Technician, you'll be responsible for carrying out high-quality servicing, maintenance and repairs while ensuring vehicles are completed safely, efficiently and to manufacturer standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
·Carrying out servicing, maintenance and mechanical repairs
·Diagnosing faults and identifying required repairs
·Inspecting vehicle components for wear or damage
·Completing repairs to manufacturer standards
·Providing technical support and advice where required
·Working closely with Service Advisors and Workshop Control
·Supporting fellow Technicians within the workshop
·Maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction
About You
We're looking for someone with:
·NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
·Experienced Level 2 Technicians with dealership experience are also encouraged to apply
·Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic
·Strong technical and problem-solving skills
·Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
·MOT Tester Licence desirable but not essential
·Full UK Driving Licence
·Positive attitude and strong team-working skills
