Our client, a renowned vehicle restoration specialist in Oxfordshire, is hiring a dedicated Automotive Welder / Fabricator to join their passionate and skilled team. If you take pride in your craftsmanship and enjoy working on a variety of projects-from minor cosmetic repairs to full restorations-this is an exciting opportunity to showcase your talents.

What you'll be doing:
* Welding and fabricating using MIG and TIG techniques on sheet aluminium and steel
* Supporting a growing order book with high-quality workmanship
* Working on diverse projects, including full shell restorations and custom body builds
* Collaborating closely with project managers and technicians
* Applying your creativity to deliver exceptional results

What you'll bring:
* Proven experience in welding, with a focus on TIG welding
* Ability to consistently meet high standards of quality and precision
* Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
* Good planning and workload management skills
* Attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work

Additional details:
* Salary: £40,000 - £55,000, depending on experience
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with a half-day on Friday
