Networking and Events Coordinator

My client, a busy and dynamic City based media company, seeks an Events and Networking Coordinator to join a fast-paced Events & Marketing team. This role is Temp to Perm.
Responsibilities include:
Source, create and utilise data
Creating & scheduling marketing emails
Design and implement marketing copy and use with data pulls.
Analysis of campaigns to find optimum solutions
Booking venues and managing catering and delegate requests for roundtables (small lunches and dinners).
Delegate support management for conferences
Ordering supplies for the events.
Managing the AV, booking in-house photographers, setting up websites and helping update these for roundtables and conferences.
Attending all conferences and roundtables
It would be useful, but not essential, to have a knowledge of MS Dynamics along with basic MS Office products.
The right candidates for this role will have high attention to detail, be IT savvy, be a fast learner and have excellent communication skills.
This is a hybrid role, with a minimum of 2 days a week based in their London office. Occasionally some work will take place outside of usual office hours such as earlier in the morning or in the evening.
This is a temp to perm role, with an immediate start.
