Salary: £25,500 basic salary + uncapped commission
OTE: £50,000-£60,000+

Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days over 7
Schedule: Monday-Sunday rota, including every weekend

The Role
As a Sales Consultant, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming and engaging experience for every customer. You will:
Welcome customers and build strong relationships.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture and products.
Deliver an excellent end-to-end customer experience.
Work towards individual and team sales targets.
Communicate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
Follow company processes and health & safety procedures.
Identify solutions to customer needs and resolve issues confidently.
Take pride in delivering a consistently high standard of service.

Has previous experience working in furniture retail and a proven track record in a furniture sales environment.

Understands the importance of delivering a high-quality customer journey from initial enquiry through to completion.Furniture retail experience is essential for this role. We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience selling furniture, working to sales targets and providing a consultative service to customers.
