We are currently recruiting for a Robotic Welder to join a leading manufacturing company based in Ecclesfield, Sheffield. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a permanent role with a well-established business offering long-term career prospects and a supportive working environment.

Shift Pattern

🔄 Two-Shift Rotation

* Days

* Afters

Key Responsibilities

* Operating and monitoring robotic welding machines

* Loading and unloading components onto welding fixtures

* Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet specifications

* Adjusting machine settings where required

* Identifying and reporting faults or defects

* Working to production schedules and targets

* Maintaining a clean and safe working area

What We're Looking For

* Previous experience within a manufacturing or welding environment

* Experience operating robotic welding equipment is advantageous

* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

* Strong attention to detail and quality standards

* Good problem-solving skills

* Reliable, hardworking, and able to work effectively as part of a team
