Shift Pattern
🔄 Rotating Days & Afters
* Days: Monday to Friday
* Afters: Monday to Friday
🌙 Potential for Night Shifts as business requirements increase.
Key Responsibilities
* TIG welding a variety of materials to a high standard
* Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
* Fabricating and assembling components
* Carrying out quality inspections on completed work
* Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment
* Working to production targets while maintaining quality standards
What We're Looking For
* Previous TIG welding experience
* Ability to read and work from technical drawings
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Reliable and motivated attitude
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexibility to work rotating shifts and potential nights
