Smart Meter Installer

Finlay Jude Associates are recruiting on behalf of a leading organisation within the utilities sector for Smart Meter Technicians. No prior experience is necessary – full training, equipment, and a company vehicle will be provided.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a long-term career in the utilities sector. You’ll be working across the local water network installing and exchanging smart water meters and uploading data via a company-issued tablet.

Key Responsibilities:

* Install and exchange smart water meters at customer properties

* Upload data using provided tablet and software

* Supporting the team on a variety of different projects and initiatives. Undertaking water network surveys and installations.

* Responsibility for the successful delivery of small projects and packages of work.

* Working independently as a single person unit within urban/suburban environments

What We’re Looking For:

* A positive attitude and strong work ethic

* Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

* A reasonably clean UK driving licence

* Ability to work Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

* Must be located within commutable distance to Bath (accommodation not provided)
