How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    * Define and track success measures for improvement initiatives, including KPIs, reporting and performance monitoring.

    * Support the implementation of new processes, systems and ways of working, ensuring changes are successfully adopted and embedded.

    * Work collaboratively with functional leaders and operational teams to drive sustainable improvements.

    * Analyse internal and external feedback, including customer insight, and translate this into actionable improvement initiatives.

    * Promote a culture of continuous improvement across the business by encouraging teams to identify opportunities, share best practice and drive positive change.

    * Provide regular updates on progress, risks, outcomes and benefits to senior stakeholders.

    About You

    The successful candidate will have:

    * Previous experience in business improvement, continuous improvement, process optimisation or change management.

    * Experience of Lean Six Sigma

    * Experience working within construction, fit out, property or the wider built environment sector.

    * A good understanding of operational delivery environments.

    * Experience using KPIs and performance measures to identify and deliver improvements.

    * Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, process mapping, standardisation or simplification.

    * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

    * The ability to work collaboratively with teams at all levels of an organisation.

    * A pragmatic, hands-on approach with a strong focus on delivering results.

    Personal Attributes

    We are looking for someone who is:

    * Inquisitive and improvement-focused

    * Collaborative and pragmatic

    * Resilient and adaptable
