I am seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school in Maidstone, Kent. Somebody who has a passion for making a genuine difference in the lives of children with additional needs.

Previous experience supporting children with SEN is desirable, but not essential
A genuine passion for SEN education and making a positive difference
Adaptable and able to respond to the individual needs of each pupil, both in the classroom and with personal care
Resilient and calm when faced with challenging situations
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Confident supporting individual needs, behaviours and emotional regulation
Committed to safeguarding and pupil well-being
Reliable, enthusiastic and willing to learn
