Key Responsibilities
* Support the Store Manager in the day to day running of a busy footwear retail store
* Drive sales performance and consistently achieve key KPIs
* Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service and product knowledge
* Maintain excellent visual merchandising standards in line with current trends
* Support recruitment, training, and development of the store team
* Ensure stock control, replenishment, and store operations are executed efficiently
* Create an engaging and energetic shopping environment that reflects a trend-led brand
