Key Responsibilities
Assisting with concrete production and manufacturing processes
Carrying out heavy manual handling and physically demanding duties
General labouring within the production area
Loading, unloading and moving heavy materials
Handling concrete and other production materials
Keeping the working area clean and organised
Following health and safety procedures at all times
Supporting the wider production team with general duties
About You
We are looking for candidates who are:
Reliable and punctual
Physically fit and comfortable with heavy manual work
Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
Able to lift and move heavy materials safely
Happy to carry out general labouring and production duties
A good team player with a positive attitude
Able to follow instructions and health & safety procedures
Previous production, manufacturing, concrete or labouring experience is beneficial but not essential
