We're seeking an experienced Powder Blending Production Manager to take ownership of a busy production department within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll drive operational performance, manage and develop your team, and ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day running of the Powder Blending department
Plan production schedules to meet customer demand
Lead, motivate, and develop production teams
Ensure orders are delivered on time, in full, and to specification
Maintain stock accuracy, traceability, and batch records
Ensure compliance with allergen controls, CCPs, hygiene, and food safety standards
Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Manage staffing, training, performance, and attendance
Work closely with Warehouse, Technical, Engineering, and Office teams
Investigate non-conformances and implement corrective actions
About You
Minimum 3 years' Powder Blending experience (essential)
Proven experience managing teams within food manufacturing
Strong production planning and raw material management skills
Knowledge of allergens, CCPs, and food safety requirements
Experience using SAP and Microsoft Office
A confident leader with excellent communication and organisational skills
Results-driven, accountable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
