Each year this excellent secondary school looks to take on a small number of graduates who are eager to develop their experience in a school setting ahead of commencing teacher training.
The graduates work as graduate teaching assistants on a full time basis and gain invaluable school experience which stands them in good stead for when they commence teacher training. As a teaching assistant you will be working under the guidance of an experienced SENCo and will work closely with students. You will be working with students from years 7 - 11 in a wide range of subject areas giving you the opportunity to gain a real insight into secondary school teaching.
