How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a skilled and proactive DevOps Engineer to join our Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform capability. This role is pivotal in enhancing our CI/CD pipelines, automating deployment processes, and improving overall team efficiency. You will work closely with developers, testers, and architects to streamline delivery and ensure secure, scalable, and reliable deployments across our Microsoft cloud infrastructure.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
    Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
    Manage and optimize Azure DevOps (ADO) pipelines, and repositories.
    Maintain version control and manage code branching, merging, and release strategies.
    Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and deployment tasks.
    Ensure secure deployment practices and compliance with security standards.
    Implement and manage monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions.
    Support containerization efforts using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality solutions.
    Maintain version control and manage code branching, merging, and release strategies.
    Troubleshoot deployment issues and provide root cause analysis and resolution.

    Required Skills & Experience:

    Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines and pipeline automation.
    Strong knowledge of Azure and the Microsoft Cloud ecosystem.
    Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., ARM, Bicep, Terraform).
    Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation.
    Experience deploying and managing Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
    Solid understanding of version control systems (Git) and branching strategies.
    Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO) for repo management and pipeline orchestration.
    Experience with Docker and Kubernetes in a DevOps context.
    Knowledge of security best practices in cloud and DevOps environments.
    Experience with monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, Application Insights).
    Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
    Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.Nice to Have:

    Certifications in Azure or DevOps (e.g., AZ-400, AZ-104, AZ-900 etc).
    Experience with other scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
    Familiarity with testing frameworks and automated testing in CI/CD.
