- Advice relating to employment documentation, policies, disciplinary & grievances, redundancy,
- Employment tribunal litigation
- DD on transactions including drafting warranties & indemnities and TUPE
- Advisory projects
- Advising senior executives
Clients: Large corporates including FTSE100, household names in retail, music companies, high profile luxury retailers, auctioneers, family offices, senior executives.
