Property Manager

Property Manager – London / Essex

Salary: £45,000–£60,000
Permanent | ASAP Start

The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of predominantly residential leasehold developments, typically ranging from 30–80 units, working closely with RMC directors, leaseholders and residents.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing residential leasehold/block portfolios

*

Managing High-Rise Buildings (HRBs) where applicable

*

Service charge management and budgeting

*

Section 20 consultations and major works

*

Contractor management and regular site inspections

*

Managing fire safety and building safety compliance, including experience with fire safety requirements across residential developments

*

Health & safety and wider statutory compliance

*

Managing relationships with RMC directors, leaseholders and key stakeholders

*

Liaising with concierge and on-site teams across more complex developments

Requirements:

*

MTPI qualified – essential

*

Strong residential leasehold/block management experience

*

Previous fire safety experience – essential

*

Experience managing RMC portfolios

*

HRB experience is highly desirable

*

Strong knowledge of service charges, Section 20, major works and compliance

*

Professional, reliable and confident in a client-facing environment
