We are looking for motivated and reliable Production Operatives to join our busy manufacturing and distribution facility in Middleton, Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with warehouse and manufacturing experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment and take pride in delivering quality work.
Working Hours
Current Hours: Monday to Thursday, 07:00 - 16:00; Friday, 07:00 - 12:00
Please note: Working hours are subject to change and may move to Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30, in line with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Process, prepare and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Support production activities to ensure products are manufactured and dispatched to the highest standards.
Carry out manual handling and heavy lifting duties where required.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
Adhere to all health and safety procedures and manufacturing standards.
Assist with general warehouse, production and operational duties as required.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet daily production and dispatch targets.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in manufacturing and production is essential.
Strong communication skills and a good understanding of English.
Ability to read, understand and follow health and safety instructions.
Good literacy and numeracy skills.
Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
Physically fit and comfortable carrying out manual handling tasks.
