As part of their continued growth, they’re now seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join their team and play a key role in shaping some of the capital’s most ambitious transformations.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of cut and carve schemes typically ranging from £5 million to £20 million in value. You’ll be joining a business that champions technical excellence and provides real autonomy and support.
As Project Manager, you’ll lead from the front - managing site teams, client relationships, and programme delivery from pre-construction through to handover. These are projects where planning, sequencing, and structural expertise make all the difference. About the Requirements
* Minimum 2 years' experience managing structural alteration or cut and carve projects
* Strong background with a RC Frame subcontractor
* Confident managing project delivery, temporary works coordination, and site logistics
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and drive performance
* Ideally degree educated in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
