Tax Senior

An established professional services firm is seeking a Tax Senior to join its growing Trusts & Estates team in Ipswich.

This is an excellent opportunity for a part-qualified tax professional looking to develop their career within a specialist area of private client taxation. Working alongside experienced managers and partners, you will gain exposure to a varied portfolio of trusts, estates and private clients while building your technical expertise and client management skills.

Responsibilities
Assist with the management of a portfolio of trust and estate clients.
Prepare trust and estate tax returns accurately and within deadlines.
Support the delivery of tax advisory projects for private clients, trustees and executors.
Liaise with clients and professional advisers to obtain information and resolve queries.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service.
Monitor work progress and ensure deadlines are met.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies within the team.
Support junior team members and contribute to a collaborative working environment.
Assist with business development initiatives and networking events where appropriate.
Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of trust and estate taxation.About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

Previous experience within a tax, trust or private client environment.
An understanding of trust and estate taxation.
ATT qualified, ATT studying, or qualified by experience.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
A proactive approach to learning and professional development.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality client service.What's on Offer
