We are currently looking for an experienced Formwork Carpenter to join a busy construction site in Oxford, OX2.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Formwork Carpenter / Shuttering Carpenter looking for ongoing, long-term construction work in Oxford, with an immediate start available.

Duties & Responsibilities

Carrying out formwork and shuttering carpentry

Setting up, assembling and dismantling formwork

Working from construction drawings and specifications

Measuring, cutting and fixing timber

General carpentry duties associated with concrete and structural works

Working alongside the site team to meet programme deadlines

Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard

Following site health and safety procedures

Requirements

Proven experience as a Formwork Carpenter / Shuttering Carpenter

Relevant CSCS, CPCS or NPORS qualification, where applicable

Previous commercial or construction site experience

Ability to read and work from drawings and specifications

Full PPE

Reliable, hardworking and safety-conscious

Able to provide relevant references

Available for an immediate start
