HR System Administrator

We're recruiting on behalf of a successful and growing organisation looking for a HR System Administrator to join their small, friendly team on a short term temporary basis of 4 - 8 weeks.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous HR experience who enjoys working in an environment where accuracy, organisation and attention to detail skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities
. Create updating and creating templates ensuring they are compliant with HR legislation
. Create a master spreadsheet of templates
. Rebranding all documents including company policies
. Completing a data cleanse on the system
. Uploading of data from the old to new system

About You
. Previous experience in HR and administration
. Experience in using HR systems - desirable
. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
. Strong organisational skills
