Semi Senior Accountant

Job Title: Accounts Senior

Package: £(phone number removed) (higher salaries depending on experience), 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, and more
Working Hours: Full time, Monday-Friday, 9:30am-5:30pm

An exciting new opportunity is available for an ambitious Senior Accountant or Semi Senior Accountant, to join a diverse and forward thinking Accountancy Practice in Central London. This practice pride themselves on the excellent client relationships they've stablished over the past 20 years, and are seeking a driven accountant, who can maintain these excellent levels of service

This role is well suited to a newly qualified or part qualified Accountant, with existing accountancy practice experience. You will be working within a portfolio of clients, carrying out a wide range of responsibilities including statutory accounts and management accounts preparation, personal and corporate tax returns, and more. Senior Accountant Job Responsibilities

Preparation of statutory accounts for limited companies, sole traders and partnerships
Preparation of monthly and quarterly management accounts
Preparation and submission of VAT returns
Preparation of personal tax returns and supporting tax computations
Preparation of corporation tax returns
Maintaining accurate accounting records and reviewing client bookkeeping
Liaising directly with clients to obtain information and resolve queries
Supporting clients with general accounting and tax queries
Assisting with year-end procedures and ensuring deadlines are met
Working closely with managers and partners across a varied client portfolioSenior Accountant Job Requirements

Part ACA or ACCA qualified is ideal, as well as newly qualified or more experience professionals
A minimum of 3 years experience in accountancy practice
Experience in statutory accounting, management accounting, personal tax, and corporate tax
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skillsSenior Accountant Salary & Benefits

£35,000-£45,000 depending on level of experience
Some hybrid working can be supported after probation
25 days holiday, plus bank holidays
