How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    We are happy to be recruiting for one of our high-profile banking clients. They are currently looking for a Powerpoint & Content Publisher AVP to join them for an initial 6 month contract, however there may be scope for extension.

    Role Purpose:

    We are seeking a skilled PowerPoint and Content Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for Transforming complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and visually compelling presentations for a range of audiences. The role involves interpreting technical information, collaborating with subject matter experts, and developing creating visualisations that simplify complex ideas while maintaining technical accuracy. Responsibilities include designing presentation materials, infographics, process flows, system diagrams, and other visual communication assets to support knowledge sharing, stakeholder engagement, training, and business communications.

    As a Content Publisher, you will be looking after the location, version, and design for varieties of technical/non-technical documents/videos/graphics which exist or to be published in Development team.

    Responsibilities:

    Create visually stunning PowerPoint presentations and design documents
    Edit visually appealing videos
    Create various visual materials
    Write clear, concise, engaging, and informative technical documents, including user manuals, reference guides, and release notes.
    Create templates for Word and PowerPoint presentations
    Use expertise in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to create informative and aesthetic graphics
    Organise and maintain documentation in a logical and accessible manner, using appropriate tools and systems
    Ensure documentation complies with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company branding guidelines
    Review and edit existing documents
    Use Visio to create diagrams, flowcharts, and other visual representations of data
    Use expertise in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to create informative and aesthetic graphics
    Create diagrams, flowcharts, and other visual aids to enhance understanding of technical concepts
    Manage company contents (such as documents, slides, graphic, videos) location, version and design to be a main window person for any request or inquiries

    Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

    Strong analytical skills with significant experience in system diagrams, technical documentation, and ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear visual design and presentation content
    Familiarity with UX/UI Design Concepts and technical writing
    Proven experience in Graphic Design and Content Specialist
    Proficient in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
    Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and excel
    Experience creating templates for Word and PowerPoint presentations
    Familiarity with Figma, Visio, SharePoint, and Confluence
    Experience in video editing software such as Premier Pro or Final Cut Pro
    A solid understanding of design principles and writing

    Desirable Experience:

    Strong creative vision
    Excellent attention to detail
    Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    Strong written and verbal communication skills
    Ability to work both independently and in a team
    Collaboration and teamwork skills

    Location:

    This is a hybrid working role, with a requirement to work from the clients London office 3 days a week.

    Working hours:

    Standard working hours with some flex where required.
