You will be working 5 days out of 7, this is not Monday to Friday
DAY SHIFT RATE: (6am-2pm) from £13.34 to £22.01 per hourWeekdays: £13.34p/h, Weekends: £15.35/h
BACK SHIFT RATE: (2pm-10pm) from £15.35 to £22.01 per hour
Night SHIFT RATE: (10pm-6am) from £16.68 to £22.01 per hour Weekdays: £15.35 Weekends £17.36p/h
Weekdays: £16.68 Weekends £18.69p/h
Your role as a Warehouse Operative:
Pick items using a voice activated pick system Operate LLOP (full training provided)
Maintain and support wider team to ensure high standards of housekeeping and Health & Safety Achieve pick rate targets set for the team - 90%
Contribute to performance and productivity targets set for staff
Remain focused under pressure in a time-sensitive environment
Maintain a safe, clean work environment, and adhere to health & safety guideline
Picking into cages and pallets
Drug and alcohol test will be conducted during the interview stage and every time an incident, near miss or accident happens
