How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Hyperion Partners are proud to be supporting our respected client in their search for an experienced Damp & Mould Coordinator. This is a vital role within a busy property services team, ensuring residents receive a safe, healthy living environment and that damp and mould cases are managed swiftly, professionally, and with genuine care.

You will take ownership of coordinating all damp and mould cases across a diverse housing stock, acting as the central point of contact between residents, contractors, surveyors, and internal teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organisation, communication, and delivering high‑quality service.

    Key Responsibilities

    *

Case management of all damp and mould reports from initial enquiry through to resolution

    *

Scheduling inspections with surveyors and contractors, ensuring timely attendance

    *

Resident communication that is empathetic, clear, and proactive

    *

Tracking remedial works and ensuring contractors complete tasks to required standards

    *

Maintaining accurate records in line with regulatory and organisational expectations

    *

Reporting trends and identifying recurring issues within the housing stock

    *

Supporting wider compliance and property teams with damp and mould‑related initiatives.

To be successful, you will bring:

    *

Minimum 3 years’ experience coordinating damp and mould cases within housing, property services, or a related field

    *

Strong understanding of damp, mould, condensation, and housing health standards

    *

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy caseload

    *

Confident communication skills with both residents and contractors

    *

    A proactive, solutions‑focused approach

    *

Competence using housing management systems and case‑tracking tools

If you are interested in this position and feel it aligns with your experience and professional strengths, we warmly encourage you to apply
