Forklift Driver (FLT) – Lutterworth
Employer: Industria Personnel Services Ltd
Contract: Temporary ongoing with potential permanent placement after 12 weeks
Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off rotating days & nights
Working Hours
6:00am - 6:00pm & 6:00pm - 6:00am
Pay Rates
Day Shift (Mon-Fri)
£15.58/hr
Day Shift (Weekend)
£16.47/hr
Night Shift (Mon-Fri)
£17.01/hr
Night Shift (Weekend)
£17.92/hr
Key Responsibilities
* Operate FLT equipment including PPT, LLOP, Reach, Counterbalance and HLOP.
* Complete daily equipment safety checks.
* Move palletised stock throughout the warehouse.
* Load and unload delivery vehicles.
* Maintain housekeeping and safety standards.
* Work in a physically demanding warehouse environment.
Requirements
* Minimum 6 months FLT experience.
* Expired or in-house FLT licences accepted.
* Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
* Good communication skills.
