What You'll Do:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the friendly voice of our organisation, providing top-notch support to our customers. Your role will involve:
Responding to customer inquiries with enthusiasm and professionalism
Assisting with service requests and resolving issues efficiently
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
