Salary: £32,(Apply online only)-£36,(Apply online only) OTE

Hours: Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00

Job Type: Full Time | Permanent

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Warranty Administrator / Warranty Clerk to join a busy commercial vehicle dealership in Kidderminster.

This is a great opportunity for someone with warranty administration, dealership administration or automotive administration experience who is highly organised and confident dealing with customers, suppliers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Process warranty claims and warranty invoices
Complete retail invoicing and administration
Raise and follow up purchase orders
Resolve invoice and supplier queries
Prepare and send customer quotations
Support the Service Department with day-to-day administration
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Deal with customer enquiries by phone and email
Requirements

Previous warranty administration or dealership administration experience
Strong administration and organisational skills
Excellent attention to detail
Good written and verbal communication
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Confident using email and computer systems
