️ THE ROLE
As a Skilled Hard Landscaper, you will be involved in delivering high-quality landscaping projects from start to finish.
Your responsibilities will include:
Carrying out high-quality hard landscaping works independently or as part of a small team
Paving, brickwork, footings and small retaining walls
Setting out works accurately from drawings and specifications
Reading technical drawings and setting levels
Operating machinery and plant, including excavators
Ensuring projects are completed safely, on time and to a high standard
Working closely with Team Leaders, Project Managers and other trades
Identifying and reporting any site issues
Maintaining excellent Health & Safety standards
Completing weekly timesheets
Representing the company professionally on site
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for experienced landscapers who take real pride in their work and have a strong eye for detail.
Ideally, you will have:
2-3+ years' landscaping experience
Strong hard landscaping experience
Experience with paving, brickwork, footings and retaining walls
Ability to read drawings and accurately set levels
Experience operating machinery/plant, such as excavators
High standards and excellent attention to detail
Good Health & Safety awareness
CSCS card desirable
Full UK driving licence essential
Towing licence advantageous

WORKING HOURS
Monday-Friday | 7:30am-4:00pm
Minimum 40 hours onsite, with travel time paid separately. Depending on the project location, this can provide up to 46 paid hours per week.
