Cold Warehouse Operative

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Specialist to join our team. You will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and safe handling of products throughout our warehouse. Your focus will be on using Material Handling Equipment (MHE), manual processes, and our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to meet customer requirements efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:

Loading & Unloading: Safely and accurately load and unload vehicles.

Picking & Put-away: Receive, put away, and pick goods with a focus on accuracy and product care.
*
Equipment Operation: Operate MHE (training provided) and complete required pre-shift safety checks.
*
Compliance & Safety: Adhere to QSHE guidelines, safe working practices, and hygiene standards.
*
Team Support: Assist in all areas of the warehouse as needed to meet operational demands.
*
Reporting: Report any hazards, incidents, or damage to Management immediately.
Requirements:
*
Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
*
Basic numeracy and literacy skills to complete accurate documentation.
*
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
*
Able to work effectively as part of a team.
*
Flexibility to work across different warehouse areas as required.
